Our Imperial Knobs and Metric Knobs
Our imperial knobs provide fast screw adjustment without a hex key, have knurled outer surfaces for increased grip, and are all made of 303 stainless steel. We can also supply our knobs with optional materials, lengths, diameters, and ID threads.
For our standard imperial fine adjustment knobs, key aspects include:
- Thread diameters of 3/16 or 1/4
- Knurl diameters of .405 in and .500 in
- Knob lengths of .400 in and .450 in
- Thread pitches of 80 TPI, 100 TPI, 127 TPI, 200 TPI, and 254 TPI
- Thread class of 3B
For our metric fine adjustment knobs, our products can supply fast screw adjustment without a hex key, have knurled outer surfaces for increased grip, and are all made of 303 stainless steel. We can also supply our knobs with optional materials, lengths, diameters, and ID threads.
